Cherries soaked in brandy for months, macadamia nuts, slow roasted over an entire day, the carefully hand crafted Mozart Kugeln, candied orange peel or ginger from Australia... these are just some of the wonderful flavours in this category, all drenched in milk or dark chocolate.
These are the traditional fine premium chocolates familiar to most. Pieces in this group are made from ingredients that are more dear than those of our regular line of chocolates and generally take longer to make.
Truffles include Champagne, Grand Marnier, Cappuccino, Blackberry Tea, Hazelnut, Maple Bear, Jamaican Wedding, Honey Almond, Golden Cinnamon, Jalapeno, Amerbrando and of course our award winning Chiba truffle.
As well as the macadamias and Mozart Kugeln, nut pieces include our bittersweet Crazelnut Clusters, the cashew, caramel and white chocolate delight of our Barnacles, and Hedgelogs to name a few. We're always up to something new at Cinnamon's and this category is no exception.
