This truffle collection has been inspired by our fascination with the temptingly exotic single bean varietal chocolates.
Each different truffle is made from cocao beans of one variety, harvested from one area. Like the grapes of fine wines, these beans each have their own distinct 'personalities'.
We have carefully crafted them into wonderful, unique tasting chocolates with high cocoa mass, to make your palate sing!
